Property register brief
A property's register facts in one document — every figure with its official source, its as-of date and one of four honesty states. Register data is stated, not truth.

What the brief is
The register brief gathers what the official registers record about a property — and backs every figure with its source.
- Identity: the address resolved to the parcel (EGRID) and its buildings (EGID)
- PLR: the public-law restrictions on landownership from the cantonal PLR cadastre, connected in 24 cantons today
- GWR: the building facts from the Federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings (Level A)
- For every figure: the official source with a link, the as-of date and the honesty state
Stated, not truth
A register records what was reported — not necessarily what was built. That is why every figure carries one of four states:
Confirmed in an official Swiss register. Direct source.
Register queried; nothing on this parcel. The absence is documented.
Derived from a model or an API: real, but not directly from the register. Please verify.
Hit an edge case. Stated honestly at the boundary, never silently discarded.
Who it serves
- Credit and valuation desks that assemble these facts by hand today, file by file — typically 30 to 60 minutes per file.
- Professionals who need a sourced register baseline for a property.
What the brief never contains
- No market value and no price estimate.
- No natural-hazard assessment.
- No heritage status.
